There are four parts to creating your profile. It’s recommended that you take some time to run through this as you’ll need to input all of the information about your company, such as company number, VAT number, your logo and your bank details (if you want to take BACS payments).

This is the information that will appear on your quotes and invoices. If you don’t have all this information to hand, don’t worry, you can go back to it later and fill in the blanks.

If you go to the ‘Customise’ section, you can see a preview of how your quotes and invoices will look based on the information you have entered.

In this section you’ll enter everything about your company that you want to appear on your quotes and invoices. If you don’t want a particular part to be displayed on your quotes or invoices just leave it blank

You’ll need all of the following to hand (if applicable):

• Business Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Website url (ie. www.yourwebsite.co.uk)
• Company logo
• Any additional attachments such as a PDF company brochure that you would like attached to your quotations
• Company number (if Ltd company)
• VAT registration date and number (if VAT registered)

In this section you can add any custom information you would like to appear on all of your quotes and invoices, and also how you would like the SimpleQuotes system to send reminders to your and your customers.  This is a key feature of SimpleQuotes which ensures both you and your customers are sent reminders automatically.

If you would like your BACS info to appear on your invoices you will need the following to hand:

• Bank Name
• Account Holder
• Bank Account Number
• Sort Code

In this section you can customise your quotes and invoices using range of different fonts and custom colours to suit your requirements.

You can change things here as many times as you wish, then simply click ‘preview quote’ or ‘preview invoice’ to see what your stationery will look like.

In this section you can add all of the trade & social media links you may have.  Simply copy & paste the url of your corresponding page and SimpleQuotes will display the logos and links on your quotes, invoices and emails.  SimpleQuotes supports all of the following:

• LinkedIn

Don’t worry if you haven’t got these straight away, you can go back to your profile at any time and add these.
